The weekly bag– March 30
A lovely bag, a bit late:
- Unit Test Independence- Billy McCafferty suggests you use one of my favorite libraries: NDbUnit. Yeah, baby!
- Characterization Tests- Andrew Binstock shares his thoughts on a subject Mr. Savoia keeps blogging about.
- Browser disparity in Selenium- Yours truly noticed a slight challenge with verifying web functionality between IE and Firefox.
- Analyst4j – Find Using Software Metrics – V1.0.0 Released- Good luck selling this tool, folks.
- Parasoft Delivers AJAX Testing Tool- This is news worthy– testing AJAX applications is no easy street, man.
- Analyst: Code Scanning Won’t Stand on Its Own- Speaking of selling tools, check this article out.
- Better integrating other build tools into your build- “a custom MSBuild task for compiling non-MSBuild projects in Team Build.”
- Removing the “Legacy” from your Code- It’s nice to see Mr. Feathers’ book getting the respect it has deserved for quite a few years.
- Configuring CruiseControl for Linux- Paul Duvall shows how easy it is.
- Running a Malicious Test Day- This is a great idea.
